The dual-lead hollow rotary platform is a high-precision transmission component built on the dual-lead worm gear structure, which can achieve zero-backlash precision indexing through the unique side clearance adjustment mechanism of the dual-lead worm and worm wheel. It is a core supporting device widely used in high-end automation precision indexing scenarios.

Equipped with a high-rigidity cross-roller bearing as standard, it features excellent anti-overturning moment performance, and the repeat positioning accuracy of mainstream models can be controlled within ≤±15 arcseconds, while high-end versions can reach an accuracy of 0.5 arcminutes, far exceeding the performance of ordinary hollow rotary platforms. Its central through-hole design allows cables, air pipes and other pipelines to pass directly through, greatly simplifying the equipment wiring layout and adapting to installation in narrow working positions.

This platform can be directly matched with 42/60/86 stepper motors and servo motors without additional complex adapter structures, making installation and commissioning extremely convenient.
